Kristy // Director
Meet Kristy. The Director and #girlboss at Ignite. With over 16 years marketing experience, she knows how to get a business noticed.
Kristy will coordinate all aspects of your brand – strategy, planning, creative direction – just like she coordinates her drink with her dress. Trust us, she knows her stuff!
Candice // Strategy
Meet Candice. With a background in photography, marketing and PR, she now specialises in strategy for small business, local government and home building industries.
She loves that strategy keeps her on her toes, just as her two scallywags Vincent and Isobel do.
Archie // CEO
Meet Archie. He’s the real head honcho at Ignite (sorry, Kristy). He thinks he’s bigger than he is (please don’t mention that to him). And he loves eating, going to the park, and snoring while sleeping.
But most of all, Archie is our director Kristy’s furbaby and Ignite mascot. The real reason we do what we do? We want to make this little guy proud!

Meet Baz. Baz loves gaming, building servers, and researching all things geeky IT. Sounds boring? It is! But he’s the guy who will streamline your life and your business until you don't recognise yourself.
Hannah // Social Media
Meet Hannah. Our Content Creator and Social Media Manager. Hannah cut her teeth at Scoop Publishing – Perth.
Digital marketing knowledge, photography skills and a writing background equips her with all she needs to help clients do it for the 'gram.
Naomi // Copywriter
Meet Naomi, our talented, coffee-loving, book-hoarding copywriter! Naomi has written for Scoop magazine, Broadsheet, and creates copy for some of the most well known names in Perth small business.
She’s obsessed with words. And won’t stop until she finds the exact right words for you.
Megan // Graphic Designer
